“I bought some items from the pharmacy on my last visit. I asked if a certain item was OK to take with my prescription drugs (which I got from another country) and the lady confirmed it was fine, then she alerted me to other items in my shopping trolley that were not OK to take with my prescription drugs. This demonstrates attention to detail and going the extra mile. I am sincerely grateful that she checked all the other items, rather than let me go unchecked.”

“This branch is one of the smaller stores that always busy but large number of items not available which can only be found in the bigger stores. However much better than the neighbouring Chesham store where I struggle to find help from any of the staff.”
