Just stopped for a coffee and cake with my dog and was pretty shocked to be charged £0.65 for a pup cup (it's free at Starbucks). I don't mind paying but that feels a bit harsh for a small chip of whipped cream.

Clearly invisible to the staff when waiting in line as both had their backs to me and there was only 1 customer in front. Clearly neither in a good mood and couldn't be bothered to acknowledge me, therefore took my custom to coffee #1 instead! Service with a smile or at least an acknowledgement that people are waiting... read full comment
