“Since the pandemic and a lot of the clothes shops have closed, I have been relying a lot on M&S online shopping. The staff have always been so helpful and friendly to help me with getting the order, and have been making my returns so easy. There’s one time that there’s some problem with my order and my refund didn’t arrive for more than 3 weeks, the staff helped me to call service and spoke to them for me. It was sorted out very quickly. And of course M&S food is awesome. They have made my life so much easier living here!”
