The removal of the till and forcing customers to use self service is awful. M&S used to provide excellent customer service, but in this store there is none.

Since the pandemic and a lot of the clothes shops have closed, I have been relying a lot on M&S online shopping. The staff have always been so helpful and friendly to help me with getting the order, and have been making my returns so easy. i was greeted with a smelly boy had put mushed pease on the floor and repeatedly said daddy can u not smell like my little sister dump it stinks so bad ewwwwwww
