“My experience at this store can be hit-or- miss. Sometimes they are lovely, attentive, welcoming. Other times they can be quite cold. Please work on this so that all your staff get the praise they deserve. Last time I went in, the staff member was incredibly helpful, but this was slightly marred by the poor service I have had in the past.”
