I was texted to say my prescription was “ready”. I went to get it but it was not complete. Why waste my time and Boots’s time sending untrue texts? A chaotic shop.

The store manager is rude to his employees which has been observed on multiple occasions. The employees are always nice and helpful, he creates an awful stressful atmosphere in the shop which makes shopping as a customer unpleasant. Barges past customers and asks them to move out of the way when they are shopping for products.... read full comment

Truly unpleasant pharmacist. Avoid. He is so rude and unhelpful, as found by many of the other people leaving reviews here. Boots, why don't you address this? He told me that my cream was out of stock (and at the time, it was) and I needed to go back to the GP for an alternative. When I rang my GP, they looked it up... read full comment
