I visited Aylesbury PO for the first time yesterday, to renew my driving licence. There was a queue, but this has been the norm for any larger PO I've been to recently. The gentleman who served me was polite and efficient, and I was soon on my way. The time in the queue was the only reason I took off a star.

Our registered mail marked for Kenya has been sent to Japan, tracking history shows our mail is in Kawasaki, Higashi! I've tried calling the Royal Mail, even tried calling Aylesbury Post office (HP20 1SH) from where it was sent with no much succeess.What do we do? Will we ever get it?

0 if i could. Could possibly be the most slow, tedious, unclear, unhelpful service I've ever seen. It feels like post office has franchised like a Maccas to private owners. Ridicolous.
