Terrible experience. They messed up my parcels and now refuse to give me one that is clearly in my name. It’s their fault for mixing up the QR codes, but they won’t take responsibility. Shop could do with a bit of declutter but otherwise I have found Ann Debbie and their team very friendly and helpful. Self serve till is loosing money as cannot be monitored people not scanning items and walking out when busy. In the wrong place to view I would say as too many items on the till area blocking cashiers view.
