“The family that run this post office and shop always do so with a smile.They are incredibly helpful and carry an extensive stock range for such a small place.Fruit and veg is always good and if they haven't got something (like blueberries) they will simply raid their own personal fridge. “We went in as they have a cafe. It was quiet and we were served quickly. The view out of the window would have been better if the many bird feeders had been filled with food.”

“Great value fruit, vegetable, grocery and household shopping with mostly own brand items and regular special offers and promotions. Lacks the selection of branded products found in other supermarkets though. Regular special deals on a variety of products.”

“It's a cheap supermarket with lots of variety. For me it's so much better than tesco or Sainsbury's. Getting busier though as it seems more and more people are shopping there.”

“Was just in this store when a customer started ranting & raving at one of the poor servers on the checkouts. I was stood in the queue throughout and heard every part of the conversation. I just want to say that the lady on the tills was extremely calm, level-headed and professional, much more than most of us would have been when getting shouted at by a crazy lady! The customer was complaining that “all of your prices are wrong”, to which the server only replied that the prices are displayed above rather than below. This set the woman off, she raised her voice and was calling the server names and just having an absolute blow out at her. I hope the server is ok, so sorry you have to deal with members of the public like this!”

“Wonderful customer service. When collecting my 'click and collect' order, the customer email system has gone down so I'd not been notified of 5 substitutions and no confirmation email had been sent. A colleague was on duty to come to my car. Checked my name, explained and offered a box of chocs to apologise! Thank you Morrisons, so few shops take care of customers now!”

“Wow what a fantastic visit with a smile!! Went in with my evri parcel and went to the till where I was greeted with a smile and a hello how is your day... now that's what I call customer service! Had a good conversation with him, alot of shops and business can learn from this young gentleman!! Couldn't see a name on him. Was around 15mins ago! Hope this compliment gets to him. I work on behalf of Buckinghamshire council and great customer service is a must! Thank you ?”

“It’s an old store that needs refurbishing. Nice enough. The first thing that strikes you as you enter is how cold it is. The air conditioning must cost a fortune!”

“Great little shop, but check the dates on some food stuffs, especially random bread rolls in clear plastic bags. Sad to hear of Mrs. Shah Senior's passing, nice lady, she always had a smile and time for a little chat, she will be missed ? Does get some good deals, every so often, but £2.49 for a packet of Lays Bacon crisps is a bit pricey in my book.”

“Been coming here since last year (in the café) and always been good service, we always come for their breakfast when they open at 9. I always recommend their Eggs Royale and their Choc & Cookie Milkshakes, always delish! ??”

“Shop could do with a bit of declutter but otherwise I have found Ann Debbie and their team very friendly and helpful. Self serve till is loosing money as cannot be monitored people not scanning items and walking out when busy. In the wrong place to view I would say as too many items on the till area blocking cashiers view.”

“Prices of food items are expensive, quality of the products are good though.It has wheelchair accessible entrance and free parking area for maximum of 2 hours. Thereafter £1.25/1.50 per hour.”

“Like a good petrol station rating. Solid four stars for this one. Pay at pump for 24 hours service, or use the small shop to pay the friendly cahiers. Unleaded, super unleaded and diesel. Air and water too. No LPG or hydrogen yet though ☹️”

“If you start stocking Warburton extra thick toastie in the green wrapper I'll upgrade you to 5*. Some really nice people work here, they go out of their way to be helpful. The store is well stocked with plenty of "special offer" items & there are rarely any problems paying for my shopping as the self service checkouts always have two ladies on hand to help. And they are quick to open ordinary tills at busy times.”

Have been 3 times this week alone, normally with about 10-20 parcels a turn and the guys there have been nothing but pleasant and helpful every single time!I drive from Thame to use this post office often as there's usually no queue and the guys are lovely, will keep using it as my preferred post office!”

“A pretty standard small Tesco. They have staples like milk, eggs etc but sometimes run low on things like cakes or fruits towards the end of the day. Some items are a bit expensive but not outrageously so. Decent selection of wines and beers, spirits are behind the till. ”

“The Staff are always superb even though there are few of them. They often have to manage tills, kiosks and self service between two!

Today was a revelation and how different it can be with a well staffed store.

The staff looked more relaxed and were lovely and chatty as always but seemed less stressed. I wanted to find an item and they went above and beyond trying to find the location and availability of the item. We had time to have a tease that it was only because it was liqueurs!
It was actually a pleasure to have the ‘great liqueur hunt’

Please look after them because you have a great team and today they all looked happy and more relaxed !

“Just outside the main town, the nearest Tescos for us. Handy as has a garage as well. Large car park - have never had a problem finding a space, can also have your cash washed while you shop now. I like the layout of this store, has a hot delicatessen - great for when you run late shopping and don't feel like cooking when you get home!, instore bakery, pharmacy and cafe, toilets by the checkouts, lottery counter, everything you need. Cash tills situated outside. A very convenient store for all your needs and no worry of having to go into town.”
