My first time in this store. I’d describe the service as functional. Not unfriendly, not friendly, just ok.
The trousers were cheaper than the equivalent at M&S.

Worst customer service. Shop staff given my my parcel to other customer accidentally. After not sortout query at shop. I need to raise complain to manager.
