“Wonderful customer service. When collecting my 'click and collect' order, the customer email system has gone down so I'd not been notified of 5 substitutions and no confirmation email had been sent. A colleague was on duty to come to my car. Checked my name, explained and offered a box of chocs to apologise! Thank you Morrisons, so few shops take care of customers now!”

“Popped in to get a few bits for dinner and found a few salad bits that were reduced in price. Very nice prawn and pasta salad and a coleslaw with fruit which was great. Enjoyed our salad with potatoes from the garden and some ham.”

“A decent sized NEXT, Staff were friendly and very helpful. Not sure one would find all the right sizes at men’s collection, I ended up ordering online and picking up. Decent dressing rooms with accessibility for disabled. Pleasant experience, visited during quiet period.”

“Nice big store, with a lift for disabled, children in buggy's and for trolleys.
Only negative was, I was given change with a fake £5 note!!! But the supervisor came over and confirmed it was fake and changed it immediately.”
