I went to the Aylesbury branch to get some Euros. Very small amount. I had to wait over 20 mins for them to hand over the money. During this time I was told to take a seat whilst the operator went to get someone to sort the money. She walked away leaving all my bank details and signature on the slip, on her desk for everyone... read full comment
