All the staff we came across were attentive and friendly and the lady who helped us (wish I had made a note of her name) was professional, efficient and very friendly. The application was done within ~10 minutes and we hardly got home before the email came through confirming the opening of the account. Impressive and thank you.”

“An easy to access large highstreet bank branch. Virtually empty because nobody needs to go into a branch except for unusual cases such as changng withdrawn bank notes. The teller was very helpful. Otherwise the branch was entirely empty, though i suspect there was other staff elsewhere.I think the banks should get together and have a single bank interface. Indeed, they are all so similar why not unify all their services and make them common. I wish.”
