“I love Home sense shopping experiences every time I visit, creative shop,Great quality products , some at discounted rates which is attractive to buy more , I brought this flask from Home sense last year , I think its the best flask I have ever brought , I often fill up the flask at 8am from a boiled kettle in the morning and when I come to re use at 4pm it still holds its heat very well , 8 hours later , not as hot however quite hot , This is the quality of the product, Nice handle to hold onto , secure lid Nice colour, Nathan Flask is my best choice flask I have used , Reasonably priced, Worth every penny for holding in the heat and coldness , Glad I found Nathan flask for my adventures”

“Good and bad customer service.
My order should have been delivered to store for collection the next day. I waited 2 days and still not received an email to say was able to collect. I went into store to see what was happening and first person to speak to me, I will not name them but they should have behaved better as apparently they are a team leader, was not particularly friendy or helpful. Chloe was brilliant explained she would try to help as they were having issues with Royal Mail deliveries to the store. The team leader said there was nothing they could do and I should go home and ring customer services!
Chloe then said she would see if they had what I had ordered in their shop stock and in the meantime Ava got on the phone to customer services to explain online orders were not being delivered to store and could I take store stock and they then replace with my order when it finally got delivered, without me having to pay again and then try and get a refund. Apparently this is happening a lot which is not right for customers and very unfair on the store staff.
Chloe and Ava were brilliant, their customer service was exemplary, professional, proactive and courteous and the reason I have given 4 stars, if it had not been for them my score would have been the lowest possible as my delivery was out for delivery on the app for 2 days and the negative almost obstructive service received from one of the members of staff.”
“From entering the store to delivery of our new mattress all the people who work for dreams were a pleasure to deal with. Lovely man in store helped find the right one, after using mattress selector full and clear explanation of delivery and removal of old one. Clear emails from company on time for delivery. Calls from delivery team the day before and day of delivery to confirm times they were coming, both guys who turned up were charming and took all precautions (masks etc). Would recommend and happily go back next time we be need something they sell.”

“In 2017 I bought to pre-owned office chairs. They helped my try out the chairs for “fit” to the people who would occupy them and helped me find a chair that was not too expensive.This month, one of the chairs came apart and I scheduled an appointment with them to buy a new chair.Because I did not know how to dispose of the old chair, I took it with me to the appointment. It had not occurred to me that it could be fixed or that the Office Furniture Warehouse owner would fix the chair.Because of COVID, I did not get out of my van. . . Pete came out and took the chair out of the van, took it into the warehouse, fixed it, and returned it to my van. No charge.Is that good service or what! I saved a few hundred dollars in not having to buy another chair! - Patricia Koehler”

“Nice atmosphere, a lot of different clothes. Everything is segregated. A large number of cosmetics from various companies, including luxury ones. There is a lot to choose from. Professional friendly service.”
“We recently moved house and went to the retail park in Aylesbury to pick a few things.There is plenty of parking.The Range has a wide range of stuff ( from washing up bowls, to lighting, to chairs and we found a few of the things we defended. They also still a few Wilko items which is good to know.In addition there is a little cafe upstairs serving refreshments for the weary shopper.We didnt need to interact with the staff very much but those we did meet were friendly, knowledgeable and polite.I expect we'll be back.”
