“From entering the store to delivery of our new mattress all the people who work for dreams were a pleasure to deal with. Lovely man in store helped find the right one, after using mattress selector full and clear explanation of delivery and removal of old one. Clear emails from company on time for delivery. Calls from delivery team the day before and day of delivery to confirm times they were coming, both guys who turned up were charming and took all precautions (masks etc). Would recommend and happily go back next time we be need something they sell.”

“After numerous tests in different shops to find the green shade i needed i finally found it with a free test pot from here(palm night).So i went back and got 1l of paint, as recommended for bathrooms, mixed up and went home. When I opened the tin the colour looked completely different, but I thought I'd get some on and see what it looked like. It really didn't look right so I went back and explained. Luckily I spoke to Adam who did a quick test and showed me that once built up and dry it would eventually be very close. Now he could have just embarrassed me at this point as it did look I had been too hasty. Instead he reassured me. "Go and put the paint on and if you are still not happy when you are done then we will change it free of charge no quibble". Now this only for 1l of paint and a first time customer so I think this is excellent service. As expected the colour has turned out perfect so I'm very happy and these guys have gained a new customer. This is the first and smallest room of an entire house renovation. So I've got an awful lot of paint to buy and these guys have unknowingly gained my business. Many Thanks”

They helped my try out the chairs for “fit” to the people who would occupy them and helped me find a chair that was not too expensive.This month, one of the chairs came apart and I scheduled an appointment with them to buy a new chair.Because I did not know how to dispose of the old chair, I took it with me to the appointment. It had not occurred to me that it could be fixed or that the Office Furniture Warehouse owner would fix the chair.Because of COVID, I did not get out of my van. . . Pete came out and took the chair out of the van, took it into the warehouse, fixed it, and returned it to my van. No charge.Is that good service or what! When I'm paying cash I like to give them a lot of "shrapnel" (small change) because I can appreciate how quickly their small change gets used up. Having worked in retail I know what a nightmare this can be. Great store, great people.”

“We recently moved house and went to the retail park in Aylesbury to pick a few things.There is plenty of parking.The Range has a wide range of stuff ( from washing up bowls, to lighting, to chairs and we found a few of the things we defended. They also still a few Wilko items which is good to know.In addition there is a little cafe upstairs serving refreshments for the weary shopper.We didnt need to interact with the staff very much but those we did meet were friendly, knowledgeable and polite.I expect we'll be back.”

“Town centre location is a benefit since I can just walk there. The main problem is stock control since you often find someone has stolen part of a pack. Would be good to blend a Screwfix style desk system so petty theft is avoided.”

Buy used stuff with Warranty in Cex or make a COSTCO card subscription and get TV and laptops fur half the price there (and food stuff, and toiletries and VERY nice full roast chicken for 5 pounds (been this Curry review backlash in a Costco review.. sorry!!)”
