Absolutely lovely staff really went out if their way to help. Lots of eco refills and nice products on the shelves too

Always very polite staff and very helpful. My prescriptions are always picked and ready straight away, I’ve never had a long wait either which I appreciate being a busy person. Thank you so much for your hard work.

So incredibly rude and unkind. Should not be in healthcare profession dealing with people who are unwell and might be having a hard time. Just shocking attitude.Example - I recently phoned to check if I could collect my prescriptions and got told off so rudely for not giving enough time - but it actually WAS ready aside... read full comment
