Katie was really nice letting deposit a cheque even though I arrived at closing time.

I've been with Nationwide since 2002. My Dad taught me that mortgages belong with building societies, he was right. However, mortgage paid off, they're still wonderful to bank with. Westbury-on-Trym Nationwide is always excellent and today Jenny was great, and reassuring. Always pleasant going in there.

Incredibly rude & incompetent staff. Slowest service I?ve ever experienced in a bank. Avoid at all costs.

Made a special trip to deposit a cheque and there are no envelopes on the ATM. 20 mins before opening. Useless. Been a customer since 1988.???

I went in to open a student account and Adam was looking after me. He was absolutely spot on. He was warm, informative and couldn't have been doing his job any better.

Super friendly and efficient, canâ??t ask for more.
Parking can be tricky as the main car park in Westbury-on-Trym can get very busy.

Very helpful staff, sometimes very busy. They are fantastic and so unlike other banks.

Very poor customer service. Waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged then a further 15 to speak to someone about opening a savings account

This building society is based right in the heart of the village and there is parking within 100 yards of the branch. There are a few steps up to the door, but if you need wheelchair access there is also a ramp - or if you just don't like steps. There are two cashier positions available, but if you don't want to wait there is a self serve machine where you can pay cheques and cash into your account - if you have the right type of account. There are comfortable seats to wait if you have an appointment or need to see somebody in private and a couple of interview rooms. There are sometimes queues and as there are only two counter staff, if these are complicated queries you can have to wait a while. I have never seen anyone coming out from the offices to try and reduce the queue.
