Currently been waiting over an hour, there's 2 members of staff sat on there backsides starring into the unervirse. There Appers to be 4 pharcists. Not that there doing anything. I'm really disappointed in the service.

Nobody ever answers the phone? It’s hung up on or says user busy.
Also asked if my prescription was there months ago and they said no we don’t have any so I spend hours back and fourth with them and my doctors. Sort out a new prescription. Go to pick it up and then I am told that they’ve had 4 lots of that...
