Congratulations Costa. This is the worst Costa I've ever been in. Slow service. Dirty shop. They should pay u to go in there. I go to coffee one across the road now. Its busy. Staff fast and friendly. Maybe Costa should go and have a coffee. Or in Starbucks. They are all very busy but yet amazing service.

The staff are rude and apparently hard of hearing also it seems their vision may be impaired as they took it upon themselves to complain about customers right in front of us. Take your business elsewhere.if there was an option for no stars I would have put that instead.

Came in the other day, can’t quite remember which day and the staff there were lovely and provided great service however, the way the manager I believe it was spoke to them was disgusting. Honestly spoke to them like they were something off the bottom of her shoe telling them that they aren’t fit to work as their job... read full comment
