Went in coop nobody was around to serve so I said politely hi can someone serve please has a woman with black short curly hair half shaven called Vicky who was very rude and said I should know better for asking her to serve and I won £20 on a scratch card and she gave me a fake £20 note as later on that day the bosses...

Very poor staff, especially woman with black short hair. I wanted to collect my parcel because I got email about it, but she said that they didn’t received my parcel what is not true. She was just lazy to go and check parcels…
