Hi. This bank seemed like a good branch with competent/polite staff but discovered an hour and a half ago they don't accept ripped/mutilated bank notes anymore. It was nice to be served immediately but I mean a bank doesn't accept bank notes in that condition?! Ha. I'm not a usually a difficult man but not accepting them... read full comment
