My own bank and several others didn't seem to have such a service for grandparents, but after reading about the 'Dino Saver' account with Leeds, I called my branch in Bristol and spoke to an amazingly professional Catherine, who also booked an appointment for me to set up both the desired accounts. I can't praise Catherine and her branch collegues highly enough, who all VERY welcoming and friendly throughout my visit. I would highly recommend anyone in the future wanting the same service to contact Leeds building society before all others, as I certainly will be suggesting to anyone else going forward.
