Owner/manager very aggressive in his communication and absolutely hopeless service- i've tried to use them twice for yodel returns and their machine has been broken and its apparently my fault. Go to National Foodstore on Stapleton Rd instead, they're so helpful and polite in there!

The kid working in here cannot possibly have a high enough up to be left alone literally anywhere, let alone running an off license. The older guy clearly needs some kind of downstairs surgery before he can really get anywhere near the emotional stability needed to have what most of us call a conversation. DO NOT GET THINGS DELIVERED TO THIS SHOP. Had 2 parcels delivered here as they said they are a “Royal Mail” dispatch centre. They apparently refused to accept 1 parcel and another was sent back in the post by them after it arrived to their shop. They had absolutely no idea of this and could not offer an explanation... read full comment
