My experience was exquisite, the lady who served me, Claire I think it was, was outstanding. She was such a warm and welcoming presence instantly putting me at ease. Yet she still manages to be calm collected, professional and diligent. She is a shining example. My experience was great, efficient and quick. Well done

I asked my son to pick up his little brother's prescription. The lady that served him wasn't that friendly at all. My son saw her pack the medication but did not call him to say its ready. People came and went after being in at Boots for about 5minutes but they made him sit for more than 30 minutes without help. The lady... read full comment
