“I have to say that originally I considered Boots @ Woodley to be my most dreaded pharmacy to collect any type of prescription!!, But over the last month I've been very poorly and quite grumpy with it!!, All I can say now is how wrong was I!!??Considering the stress that each member of staff is under on a daily basis, and it's clear that for a long time now they have been working under pressure with a minimum of staff, all I can do is take the time to say Thank you to all the staff at Boots for not only putting up with me, but for all of your continued help, support and patience that seems to come effortlessly to you all, I don't know how you do it, because on reflection I know that I most certainly couldn't!!So, honestly if u want a pharmacy that gives speed over thought, consistency and a bit of human decency, then NO, BOOTS at Woodley really isn't for you!!But if you like thought, understanding and the piece of mind that your needs do come first even if at times patients is required to ensure that in the end your health needs have been met, than yes, this truly is the pharmacy for you!!....(long winded I know!!, But it had to be said!!)”
