I want to comment you on one of your volunteers. Not sure of her name, tallish blond lady with a great smile. I have found her so helpful and full of enthusiasm whenever I'm in the shop.

Overall a good place. They've got some cool stuff, especially if you're interested in older things (they've got a pretty large selection of old records and CDs under £5 and some film cameras and lenses). Very expensive for a charity shop. They are not boutiques!. They are selling used clothes!.
