“Like an Alladins cave, lots of stuff in a confined space. Usually busy which can make negotiating the aisles difficult. Competitive prices for branded goods if you know where to look. We like the storage boxes as cheap and cheerful, ideal for organising on a budget. Could do with more checkout staff as always a long queue”

“I found on the internet that a product I wanted was available at the local Dyas store. I visited the shop and luckily the lady at the till wasn't occupied. She confirmed that the product was in store and showed me where it was. I told her that I had given my Dyas card to my wife who had mislaid it. Using my personal information she was able to verify that I had a card and was able to produce a new one for me. I bought the product and was able to partly pay for it using the accumulated points on my card. It was a very satisfactory experience.”
