First in the queue at 8:30 35 minutes to put 2 boxes of pills in a brown paper bag... 4 staff hidden behind a partition who occasionally looked to see the queue and serve them. No sense of customer care or service.

I have been waiting half and hour for the pharmacist to try and deal with my prescription. There are 5 (if not more) staff working. They do not seem to care that I am waiting and there are other people in the queue. Rubbish customer care. Really slow service. Staff seem to be just chatting and doing very little.
