“I was dealt with very courteously by 4 members of staff who clearly knew their jobs and the various apparatus they used. There was no pressure to buy a new pair of glasses and the cost of the glasses I chose was clearly explained. The whole process lasted around an hour and a quarter with the new glasses available within 7 to 10 days”

“I had been using Rose St pharmacy ..they were great when I'd broken my leg as they deliver. However I need a particular diabetic injection and they have been unable to get this prescription for me.I rang around and spoke to Tesco pharmacy who informed me how I would be able to get the injection..I called 111 and answered a couple of questions and they sent a prescription to Tesco..and I collected about an hour later..fantastic.Now a few weeks later after calling Rose Street almost daily to see if they have my pre filled injection..No sense of urgency is all I can say. Yet again called Tesco..Yes they have supplies..so am sorry but Rose Street I know you are open ridiculous hours and all that..but it's not much use if you don't have the clout to get a share of my diabetic injection drug! Tesco's you have my business..and just to add..the lady who helped me was so genuinely super helpful. (Mariana)?”

“We’re new locally. We’ve been in around six times so far and it’s gone well. They are honest when things cannot be obtained and, usually accurate with order times. Which I appreciate are largely out of their control when some medication at the time of this review is unavailable due to national shortage. Otherwise, they seem friendly. Marked down 1* because parking is often difficult to obtain. I haven’t checked pricing as per previous reviewers so cannot comment on whether products are overpriced etc. Going well so far though and haven’t had a reason not to return as of yet.”

“Boots at Wokingham have an excellent team who are customer centric, very approachable. Lovely and extremely patient. Jackie, Brian and all the staff whose names I can't recollect spent considerable time ensuring that the customer is satisfied and I have been going to that store for approximately 40 years no matter where I lived because they are exceptional and exemplary in the manner they treat customers.
