“We’re new locally. We’ve been in around six times so far and it’s gone well. They are honest when things cannot be obtained and, usually accurate with order times. Which I appreciate are largely out of their control when some medication at the time of this review is unavailable due to national shortage. Otherwise, they seem friendly. Marked down 1* because parking is often difficult to obtain. I haven’t checked pricing as per previous reviewers so cannot comment on whether products are overpriced etc. Going well so far though and haven’t had a reason not to return as of yet.”

“I was recently prescribed a variant of a drug that has been discontinued. Thinking that I would have to call my gp surgery in the morning to ask them to alter my prescription, bearing in mind this was at 9.30pm, the very kind pharmacist at Rose Street stepped in and suggested I call 111 right there and then, to get my script altered. Now for anyone who has called 111, I’m sure you are aware that this is a blood pressure rising experience in itself. Being really poorly didn’t help either. The pharmacist took the phone from me, spoke to them and within 20 mins, a new prescription was issued. I must admit, I had lost the will to live after that phone call to 111, and certainly didn’t expect the issue to be resolved so quickly. So, in short, I cannot praise and thank the pharmacist and the team at Rose Street pharmacy enough. Great service, highly recommend Rose Street pharmacy.”
