Really poor service at Wokingham branch today (29th Aug). Waited way too long to be served and only were served after we said we?d been waiting for a while. Relatively busy day but no excuse for staff not making the effort. Young lady at the desk seemed to be doing best to avoid eye contact. Another young lady that eventually served us was excellent. Asked to speak to the manager to share feedback and were told he was on lunch. He returned just as we were finishing up. We shared feedback to which he said ?I?m pretty sure they were all busy? with a dismissive tone .. mind you he had literally just walked into the door from his lunch break. Staff and manager in desperate need of training. Will avoid the displeasure in future.

Staff could not have been less helpful.
Ignored for too long, served after others arriving, and customer service once acknowledged was very poor, not bothering to look as to whether shoes I had picked out were in stock, just saying they ?probably? weren?t. Will not be returning to purchase my daughter?s shoes.

I bought some shoes for my granddaughter on line. They did not seem to fit, so I popped in to Clarks wokingham.for advice .The customer service was amazing, staff friendly and professional. Buying on line has it's place but sometimes you need the personal help. I will buy all of my granddaughter's shoes from this Clarks shop from now on. Thank you.

Very poor. I was waiting to buy something but no shop assistant was around. Eventually, a couple of shop assistants came out on the floor. I asked to be served and said I had been waiting. She sighed, eventually served me, but it was clear she didn't want to! Disappointing service.

We regularly visit Clarks in Wokingham to buy shoes for our young son. Ryan is absolutely fantastic with our boy and always gives us honest advice, even if it's to wait a few weeks before buying the next pair. Ryan is an asset to the company and we can only see us returning indefinitely (as long as he is still working there!! :D. ). Thank you Ryan!

Very disappointed today of the customer service. Helped by a young lady who wasn?t making me feel very welcomed in the store. Not very polite, the very minimum and didn?t say bye. I came to pick up some shoes and she couldn?t find them. Actually they were behind the counter, she just finally gave them to me after exchanges she had with her colleague, I didn?t understand what was wrong. She didn?t apologise for the confusing situation and didn?t say bye.It is the second time I have poor customer service in this store. Very disappointed. I don?t get it, if you make your customers felling good and are polite, you will just make more sales!

Pretty poor service in the Wokingham store today. Two youngish ladies behind the till around 5pm today just interested in speaking to each other and very dismissive of customers approaching them. I actually was made to feel like I was interrupting them when asking for a size. There was a family clearly trying to get something for their mother and needing help but non was forthcoming for them either. Forget festive cheer, barely an acknowledgement today
