“I do not agree with their ratings, is a shame... Called today the branch to get some help with C&C , was my mistake and the staff was really polite she's called Sue from welcome desk and sort out my issue straight away. I didn't have to wait for ages on the phone, very professional, highly customer service, friendly, polite , well done Waitrose Thatcham you are doing an amazing job. Highly recommend Waitrose Thatcham.”

“They can only hold so many of their products in this size store so sometimes it can be annoying when you can’t find what you want and it means a trip to the megastore.Fantastically convenient for most things and the post office etc as well ..❣️”

“A very useful local store. For it’s size, it carries quite an extensive level of stock. The team is very welcoming and the service is good. A great place to get a some forgotten ingredients or a snack lunch.”

“I am a disabled person and I am finding the way the shop is now organized rediculous..... I park my mobility scooter out on the pavement and am expected to walk through the shop across the car park to get a small trolley to put my shopping in and help me walk round. By the time I get there lm on the verge of collapse. The manager said I could bring the scooter in but its a big one like a small car and devery time i open the door to get something off a shelf it takes up 4ft of floor space and I mean 4foot. The trolleys used too be just inside the entrance easy to get at. Im so disillusioned as I haveto shop mostly at waitrose which is further away. I prefer coop products but my health comes first..... quite a few of my neighbours have gone over to waitrose too for the same reason. The manager obviously has no idea what its like to be disabled. He's only a kid.? Rating .... 3 out of 20......”
