“Waitrose is always excellent. Found myself in Thatcham Waitrose. The gentleman dealing with the self checkouts was amazing. Collected my basket (Tesco do not do that!), picked up something I dropped and then helped us to reclaim our parking fee. Nice work. As for the store, it's clean, tidy and had the sort of products I like. Nice work (especially the chap whose name I sadly can't remember.”

“Been shopping at the co-op in Thatcham for 20 years. Never had any complaints. The staff are friendly, always up for a chat, always helpful, the shop always have everything I want. Recently they've introduced value products. Nowhere else could you buy a loaf of bread for 45p in Thatcham. Couldn't be happier with my local co-op. I'd struggle without it.”
