“It is a smaller store and this means that there is a a slightly smaller selection. On the other hand staff do an amazing job keeping the shelves well stocked which is more than I can say for many other stores in the area.”

“Recently went in after having broken my leg a couple of weeks before. The Nepalese security guard on duty was very helpful, as were staff members. I got to use the electric cart for our shopping, which made the whole experience very much more tolerable than it would have been with just my crutches”

“I had my one good high beam headlamp go and it was dark. Luckily I was near the shell and I hoped against hope that they would have headlamp bulbs. I was in luck. They also have all the bits and pieces you would need in a pinch for the home and a hot food cabinet.”

“Good shopping experience. Had all I needed and some more ;) I try to shop at this chain when I am in England as I find they have a good assortment of food, and good quality. “Bonne Maman jam at Coop - £4Bonne Maman jam at Sainsbury's - £3.30While staff are great, self-service machines quite smart & the ambient is nice:- the legend of the Coop probably lives in nostalgia. It's a bit insulting to the normal, experienced customer.”

“Easy free parking (for 3 hours). Everything accessible, Isles were clear and tidy. Helpful staff always seem happy to help if you can't find something. Sometimes a bit of a queue to get to self pay check outs. Generally a nice experience.”

“Free parking, disabled parking right near the entrance. Toilets are upstairs, but there is a disabled lift. The refrigerated food section is like a walk-in freezer (super cold). Tills are at the back of the shop which gives you a great opportunity to nick stuff on your way out ? Usual great quality food as expected.”

“Decent branch of tesco, there's lots of parking, there's electric car charging, a car wash, click and collect, timpsons, barbers, opticians, and a Costa coffee. Getting in our out can get really tricky during rush hour as the connecting roads are used by commuters.”

“Waitrose is an amazing supermarket wonderland with a great store brand. Being from the US, I was especially impressed by the very reasonably-priced jams and jellies in interesting flavors, like rhubarb ginger. The rhubarb-ginger jelly/jam could have been more sour and more spicy, but the mere fact of it being rhubarb ginger was amazing. I think I experienced Waitrose as "reasonably priced" compared to other, earlier reviews from the US due to a more favorable exchange rate in the last few years, making Waitrose much cheaper than Whole Foods at home, where I don't usually shop due to price. At Waitrose, I had a great time shopping and trying different things. The food here was high quality, and it seemed to be selected for a mix of classic and super interesting. The store-brand product that most impressed me was the Waitrose de-caf Earl Grey tea. It's my absolute favorite of all de-caf Earl Greys I've had, or full-caf Earl Greys for that matter, because it's more aromatic with bergamot than others. I don't know whether Waitrose adds more bergamot or whether they treat their bergamot better, but either way, it's just delicious. It also comes in a larger, more economical size, which was a treat for me because it spoke to the idea of this being an "every day" type of tea, as it should be.”
