Just very bad in general, there are many other banks that provide a better experience. TSB is very unorganised, nice workers but just not worth it in the long run. Please save your time and money and don’t come there

I had a fantastic experience with customer service. The staff member patiently and professionally addressed all my questions regarding our mortgage. Shame, I forgot to ask for her name, but she mentioned that she had just returned from maternity leave. Keep up the excellent work! Wishing you all the best.
