I am disgusted by the store manager, we were browsing for our mother and we were rudely kicked out by the sket of a manager and then we were harassed on our way out, dispecable managing and she should be investigated

I placed a click and collect order on the Item that said available the same day for collection. Haven't heard anything from the store from 5 days and on my account the order is apparently still processing. Going to ask for refund.
