Clearly very happy in his job! He was super-polite, and despite serving several other customers at the same, he made us feel like we were his only customer. We couldn't fault his skills and his attention to detail was outstanding. He was happy, smiley, cheerful and made sure throughout the whole process that we had his attention. He directed us where to wait so when he came back with the Trainers we'd be able to see him. He checked the size was correct, and made sure we were happy with our purchase. Then directed us to the tills.We were both so impressed with his customer care skills, on our way out we spoke to him to say: Thank you! And praised him for his amazing service.
