I really don't understand sainsbury's Petrol stations. The pump handle never works properly unless you hold the handle in a specific way, which is never explained anywhere. If you are struggling with the pump, let it point upward, basically don't hold the pump up so the nozzle is pointing more downward. It doesn't work... read full comment
