Stopped to buy some snacks for a medical emergency (hypoglycaemia), was told I couldn’t enter the store despite the website claiming it is 24 hours. Ended up leaving and calling an ambulance since I didn’t get treatment in time.

Says open 24hrs but can’t go in and shop, only by telling teller what you want. ?
