Took in clothing for repair. Took 4 weeks to come back after having to be sent back once for poor workmanship.
The repair looks awful, like a child had done it - worse than before. It’s ruined my jacket.
Avoid.

Elastic ribbed cuffs on hoodies drive me MAD, Johnsons have been surgically removing them for me for years and I'm very happy with them.
