Horrible customer service, walked in with a drink and my son was shouted at “YOU’RE NOT ALLOWED TO DRINK IN HERE” there was no signage on the door saying that food and drink weren’t allowed. Very grumpy cashier and will not be a customer in their store anymore. Disgraceful!

Newbury Shop. Treated like a thief when returnng a dress. ( with receipt) I will never shop their again. Manageress was so unprofessional needs training.
