“I called the Newbury store in a mad rush tonight with an incredibly tight deadline and was thankfully helped by Leo, straight away he was helpful, informative and reassuring. I was on the phone for 15mins on my way to the store and he stayed after close to help me get all the correct items and finish my payment. He went above and beyond carrying out a sleepmatch and helping me find a suitable mattress available for next day collection, he also then helped me with bed frames which we will order for delivery when we have moved and because he was bring so genuinely helpful I also brought a pillow and duvet, I cannot praise this experience enough he was so thorough while being very kind and I want to communicate my gratitude, thank you Leo”

“Since the pandemic I always have mask in my bag but somehow I forgotten today but I need to get shopping at Camp Hopson, I used my jacket to cover my mouth and nose as much as I can. And one of the cosmetic lady helps me getting what I need at the perfume counter, as I’m paying my bills, I apologised to her that I’ve forgotten my mask, not intentionally. Bless her, she open her draw and give me one of disposable mask. I thank her so much because I can get more shopping done up stair in Camp without feeling guilty.
