Virtually every time I purchase something via click and collect it says the items are in stock only for me to receive a follow up informing me a day or so later that the items aren’t. Sort out your method of determining what is actually in your stores as it’s so frustrating and a total waste of time

I visited B&Q today at 14:30 and had an exceptionally disappointing experience at the self-service checkout.
