“I went to the Cookham Post Office for the first time today. Kumar sorted my hideously complicated (yes, really!) Car Tax application whilst ensuring other customers continued to be served - he was calm and friendly.dealing with the long queue. Nothing was too.much trouble and his wife Madhu also works till 9pm. The shop is fully stocked food and booze. I noticed that when locals came in both Kumar and Madhu knew what they'd be wanting - makes people feel welcomed.”
