I arrived at 1800hrs Rang the bell many times and called the number. There were people working inside who could see me through the clear plastic door but just ignored me. Long-time customer, but sack of flour not delivered (twice) and any and all attempts to contact Doves (5 in total) have gone ignored by them over a couple of weeks. Excellent organic flour, ideal for bread, cakes and cookies. It's also especially good value if buying in bulk. The 25 kg bags last a good long while if you're a keen home baker. The ordering process and delivery are also well organized. Thanks.
