Might not be the shops fault but they don’t take collect + through Royal Mail, I specifically went here as the collect+ website and Royal Mail said they would take my letter, however, was told they don’t.

These people have no idea what is customer care or just general politeness. Rude, dismissive staff. Save yourself the headache and shop literally anywhere else.
