“Absolutely amazing service and a great product. Recently fitted a full system to my '23 XSR900 and it looks and sounds fantastic, really impressed with the fitment and build quality. This is the second exhaust of theirs I've fitted as I did a system on my old GSX-S1000 that was just as decent so their QC is consistently good. Unfortunately I've got a CEL come on after doing a couple of rides, but after contacting BW they're going to send out a replacement o2 sensor extension in case it's that. It may have been that I damaged the o2 sensor when fitting myself but I can't fault their customer service. It was working properly when I checked mid way through fitment before I bolted everything up fully so I can't moan as it was probably something I've done. Will definitely recommend them to others as they're great value for the quality and sound fantastic (especially with no baffles ?). I really think it looks fantastic on the bike as well.”
