“Spotless. I thought I'd walked into a sterile heaven when I walked in here and saw the displays. This place is immaculate. So great to see how well cared for it is.I had booked my Covid jab and was seen early by a wonderful lady who very kindly verified my eligibility for the flu jab and did that at the same time. Yes they get paid for administration of the jabs but her manner didn't convey this and it was my choice throughout.Thoroughly impressed with the service. Beautiful place and people. He understands emergencies and on one occasion preordered a regular medicine for us when the doctor had delayed the prescription due to an admin error. This helped hugely to get my daughters Epilepsy medicine in time. Highly recommended.”

“I've been getting my medication from here for a couple of years now. And I've been on their delivery service since 2022. I've had a few issues with one particular delivery guy, leaving my controlled meds sitting on my doorstep where they could've been swiped, but I called the pharmacy immediately after I finished dealing with the driver's attitude. They were very apologetic & the subsequent deliveries have been handed to me & not left on my doorstep, which is really good - I wish Evri could get their delivery drivers to shape up like that, coz they do the same thing. ?One the occasions when I've visited the shop to collect, the staff have been lovely. The lady I spoke to on the phone about my meds being left on the step was lovely too. And the delivery drivers (with the exception of one) have been polite. I do miss the young chap with the alternative style/appearance. I can't remember his name, but I was told he moved on. He would often have a little chat with me at the door, coz he knew I live alone & can't go out. It's the little things like that that make the service great.”
