“I have been going to aqua four times a week since the middle of January this year. After one calendar month I went down a whole size in my swimsuit. The classes are fun and made more interesting with the use of noodles and dumb-bells. Although I can get tired the instructors, Caron, Michelle and Wendy carry you along with their enthusiasm. I am 73 years old and would recommend this to anyone, any age, any fitness. Thanks girls xx”
