“Could do with a refit. Pumps look old I like to have the option of paying at the pump which saves time. Shop looked well stocked although a little cramped. Staff pleasant enough.There is another company on site which offers car wash and valeting they do a good job. Different price structure for vehicles size”

“This fuel pump is in a convenient location. Customer service was good. However, the entrance is uphill which makes it a bit awkward when queuing. I think it would be ok if visiting on a quiet day, but when I visited, it was quite jam-packed and it wasn't ideal queuing on the hill. Overall, it is a handy service though.”
“Cheapest petrol station in Luton. Self service, with card payments only. Usually none or minimal queues. Been using for years and can't complain. Also air hose on the court.”

“Come here rather than the BP as they do nectar points. Lots of pumps and staff seem OK. An over priced Greggs also in store and a coffee machine. Not sure if there's a toilet. Have not used the app for payment as read lots of bad reviews for it. Free cash machine outside too”

“Trying to buy a lottery ticket from a attendant around the counter was difficult. His understanding of English was weak. I spent over 10 minutes getting him to get me 4 tickets for the European lottery. He was confused, incompetent and frankly hopeless ?.Not sure about the petrol prices ?.Poor service!”

“This service station has is located on the Three Horseshoes Roundabout opposite the McDonalds and very close to Leagrave Rail Station. It has good parking and a decent convenience store inside that was upgraded. There is a cash machine onsite. You exit straight onto the roundabout and that can be busy.”
“Easy to use and offers either pay at pump or there is a kiosk.Noticed whilst filling up that you can actually set the amount you want to spend on the pump screen. Haven't tried this option but will certainly do so another time.The forecourt itself is relatively small so if other customers don't park correctly at the pumps you will struggle to leave until they do.Prices are good so will definitely be back.”
“great store but I wish that the customer service and the Scan and Go systems were available well before 8am. Its annoying when you scan all your stuff at 7 am only to find you have wasted your time. I expect there's a cut off time in the evening too, no idea.”

“Much busier since the Shell on Eaton Green Road closed for a structural rebuild due to subsidence... (You'd think they'd have sorted that issue properly during the last rebuild some years ago!) But the Hitchin Road garage is coping well. Fast service for me at 10.30am. I'd recommend avoiding rush hours, just to be on the safe side!”
