The staff is friendly BUT I didn?t get any help with Top-Up vouchers or when I had issues to top up the phone, looking for accessories.
I was always told go to tesco to get a voucher, call the helpline to get help regarding topping the phone, changing packages etc

I came yesterday all front guys chilling i came for my bill setup on debit card my phone battery dead front guys started saying "whatt aa joker you are what a joker look we have a joker" ... Over smart pathetic staff dont ever go in this store .... i know no body will take action here ..

I am utterly disgusted with this store and their disrespectful treatment of customers. They are pushing unnecessary add-on plans and making fools out of their customers. This is completely unacceptable and I am extremely disappointed.
I can't believe the audacity of the manager! Trying to trick me into getting another SIM card with their name on it just to earn more points. They are deceitful and dishonest, preying on unsuspecting customers to line their own pockets. This behavior is unacceptable, especially coming from an EE employer, one of the top companies in the UK. Their actions are despicable and disgraceful.

The Worst Experience... Very bad store and their service. Even staff members are not friendly. They just cheat people and make money. I have purchased 2 phone one Watch from this store. Being their customer is the biggest mistake of my life. Don?t come to this store they are cheater.

OK. I've been having a few broadband issues with EE recently (very unstable internet connection) and, despite the pretty unhelpful or proactive attitude of the Plymouth technical call centre, the EE store staff have been very good. They forced the issue with engineers and eventually got a short notice appointment. And also supplied a remote wi-fi hub to hopefully keep me online till the main broadband line is fixed... Good work! Especially, the Afro-Caribbean lady on Thu morning!!

Excellent customer service from both Anshi and Scott, really helpful in helping my mum who had lost her phone and was extremely informative in regards to deals and offers. Extremely grateful for all of their help, as her new phone is on the way tomorrow!?

Poor customer service. Junaid will very lazily tell you to shop online when you come in store for assistance. And then Gabriel will play racial jokes and games to get you out of the store again in order to not do his job or take accountability.
