Firstly I don?t understand why EE in Luton has such bad reviews! I had the pleasure of speaking to true gent named Mustafa and he was amazing! Mustafa sorted out my problem without me even realising with his smile and banter. Now that?s a skill! Lovely guy. Give the man a promotion and a pay rise. He?s a merit to EE.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE With the manager and staff they lie a lot to customers please don't trust these EE store in Luton mall . I have placed the order in store after 2 -5 days in store without my permission they have cancelled the order . After 1 month I get to know order has been cancelled in store without my permission because I request everyone in please don't choose EE in Luton .

Very bad store or their service. Even staff members don?t know about the thing that are going on . They just cheat people and make money. I have purchased phone from this store. The staff member asked for deposit and said deposit will come back to your account after 3 months. When I haven?t got my money back then i went to store they told me to call 150? I called and told everything about my billing enquiry. They did mail and asked for proof of my payment. I sent them receipts and the said they are unable to find that deposit on their system and told me to go Ee store again and tell them to upload the payment then they will give me back my money after 3 months.. today I come-to the store they told that?s upfront cost that is not deposit and a person who served is no here so we can do nothing . Being their customer is the biggest mistake of my life. Don?t come to this store they are cheater. As no one is going to serve us like 1st day it has gone 2hrs to wait here..

Pathetic and poor customer service. The staff didn?t have a clue on what was going on. They kept me in the store for hours and couldn?t sort out my tariff. Three different staff members had to be asked for what to do and all three had different answers. The staff were unprofessional. I had the unfortunate displeasure of having a woman that wanted to know my life story and kept trying to flirt. Despite my obvious signals that I?m not interested in discussing my life, and I?m here only to get my query resolved - she didn?t get the clue. By far the worst customer service I?ve ever received from a mobile phone store. Manager was very stuck up and just walking around and had no clue at the inefficiencies of working practices of his staff. Stay away at all costs! Speak to EE via your phone, you?ll definitely get a better response than in store.

very bad service, I'm 1 week without service because they sell to me a phone and contract and they didn't care about give a line service. and you they don't accept cancellation if you are not happy

Unwilling to help. tried to refer me to another store which was 2 hours drive a way to get my phone fixed. They didn't even try to help and also tried to convince me I have to pay for a repair although it was a manufacturing fault on my phone. If i could give 0 stars, I would.
