The staff is friendly BUT I didn’t get any help with Top-Up vouchers or when I had issues to top up the phone, looking for accessories.
I was always told go to tesco to get a voucher, call the helpline to get help regarding topping the phone, changing packages etc

Very very third class person working nobody help the person . Just make the money with the customer and say I can’t help you You can call the customer care service and after nobody help the staff.. So don’t do the ee sim card
